Split that up into two separate pages, one for signatures, one for horizontal lines?

I see that horizontal lines are recognizable, but fail to see why the other (hyphen in paragraph, double hyphen as part of paragraph text, or as m-dash substitute in signature line) can be recognized. Gregor Hagedorn, 2007-02-25 PS: Lists And Horizontal Lines Singatures Ambiguity has spelling error, I cannot rename pages here.
