It seems to me that this kind of page is needed, especially for the new visitors. I've copied some text from the Home here initially, but we should add some specifics about what is and what is not in the scope of Creole. I think that this will allow to avoid a lot of misunderstandings.

There are several points that may or may not be in the scope of Creole. I will post them here for discussion, with some initial ordering. This is how I see it, and I expect it to be changed to match the opinion of the people involved in creating this specification.

I know that this is a potentially flame-war and troll-bait topic. That's why I want it to have discussed and resolved, and never go back to it again ;)
