I wouldn't call it a ambiguity, more like a blind spot. Should we add a sentence on this to the spec or leave it like it is?

We could close the door, specifying explicitly that table rows correspond to separate lines, or discuss further if we want something different. But I don't like EndOfTableAmbiguity.
